Please read this agreement before using the game. By installing or using it, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Cupid Off the Clock is a portrait logic puzzle about untangling threads and matching couples, with progression, challenges, and gameplay charms. The current Android release supports English and Chinese, requires Android 7.0 or later, and uses an Internet connection to download levels. Availability depends on your device, operating system, network, and distribution platform. License and intellectual property使用许可与知识产权
ZILLONO grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with this agreement. The software, artwork, music, text, trademarks, and other protected content belong to ZILLONO or their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or written authorization, do not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit protected content.ZILLONO 授予您有限的、个人的、非独占且不可转让的许可，允许您依本协议为非商业娱乐目的使用游戏。软件、美术、音乐、文字、商标及其他受保护内容归 ZILLONO 或相应权利人所有。除法律允许或取得书面授权外，不得复制、重新分发、出售、修改或商业化利用受保护内容。
Local progress and device changes本地进度与设备更换
The game does not require an account and does not provide cloud-save synchronization. Progress and settings are stored locally. Clearing app data, uninstalling the game, losing or replacing a device, or a device malfunction may cause loss of progress. We cannot promise to restore a local save that is no longer available. Hearts, charms, level access, and other gameplay rewards are digital game features for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, or traded through an authorized marketplace. The current Android release has no in-app purchases or third-party advertising. Reward buttons provide local gameplay rewards without third-party ads. We will disclose any future paid features and obtain any acceptance required before a charge is incurred.爱心、法器、关卡及其他游戏奖励属于仅在游戏内使用的数字功能，不具有现金价值，不能提现、兑换金钱，也不存在获授权的交易市场。当前 Android 版本无应用内购买或第三方广告，奖励按钮直接发放本地游戏奖励，不播放第三方广告。如未来提供付费功能，我们会事先明确说明，并在产生费用前取得所需的确认。
Permitted use and conduct使用规范
Do not use the game to violate law or others' rights, distribute malware, attack or disrupt content servers, bypass security, or access systems or information without authorization. Do not distribute modified clients or exploit defects to harm the service. Reverse engineering and interoperability activities remain permitted to the extent protected by mandatory law. If you report a bug, provide only the information necessary for investigation.不得利用游戏违反法律或侵犯他人权利、传播恶意软件、攻击或干扰内容服务器、绕过安全措施，或未经授权访问系统及信息。不得分发修改版客户端或利用缺陷损害服务。强制性法律保护的逆向工程及互操作活动不受本条禁止。报告漏洞时，请仅提供调查所需的信息。
Privacy and third-party services隐私与第三方服务
Our product-specific Privacy Policy explains local storage, level-download connections, support information, and deletion options. Accepting this agreement does not replace any separate consent required by privacy law. Google Play, device services, and network providers operate under their own terms. Their terms do not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.本产品专属隐私政策说明本地存储、关卡下载连接、客服信息及删除方式。接受本协议不替代隐私法律要求的单独同意。Google Play、设备服务及网络服务商按其自身条款提供服务，其条款不会免除我们依法对您承担的义务。
Updates, availability, and termination更新、可用性与终止
We may update or rebalance levels and mechanics, perform maintenance, or restrict affected services when reasonably necessary for security, material violations, or legal requirements. We will give reasonable notice of significant service changes or discontinuation where practicable and required by law. You may stop playing at any time and remove the game and its local data. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact support for review.我们可能更新或调整关卡和机制、进行维护，或因安全、重大违约及法律要求而在合理必要范围内限制相关服务。在可行且法律要求的情况下，我们会对重大服务变化或停止服务提供合理通知。您可随时停止使用，并移除游戏及本地数据。如认为服务限制有误，可联系客服申请复核。
Responsibility and consumer protection责任与消费者保护
We take reasonable care in providing the game, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the game will meet a particular purpose or that lost local progress can be recovered. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where such liability cannot be limited, or any other non-excludable liability or statutory remedy.我们会以合理注意提供游戏，但无法保证服务完全不中断、无错误或兼容所有设备。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不保证游戏满足特定用途或丢失的本地进度能够恢复。本协议不排除或限制欺诈、故意行为、重大过失、依法不得限制责任的人身损害，或其他依法不可排除的责任与法定救济。
Changes, disputes, and contact协议变更、争议与联系
We may update this agreement for changes to the game or legal requirements, publish the revised date, and give reasonable notice of material changes. We will obtain renewed acceptance where required by law; changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Contact Changsha Zhaonuo Technology Co., Ltd. at contact@zillono.com to discuss a concern. You may pursue complaints or claims through the authorities or courts available under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed by this agreement.我们可能因游戏或法律要求变化更新本协议，公布修订日期，并对重大变更提供合理通知。法律要求时将重新征求接受；变更不会追溯取消已取得的权利。如有疑问，请通过 contact@zillono.com 联系长沙兆诺科技有限公司。您可依据适用法律（包括居住地强制性消费者保护）向相关机构投诉或向有管辖权的法院提出主张。本协议不强制仲裁，也不要求放弃法定救济。
