The game stores progress and settings locally on your device. It does not require registration or sign-in and does not provide an account or cloud-save service. We do not receive your local save through an account synchronization feature. The game uses the Internet permission to download level data over HTTPS. A download necessarily exposes your IP address and the requested resource to the server handling it; network infrastructure may also process request time, response status, and standard connection metadata to deliver content and maintain security. This is separate from local progress storage. The vibration permission provides gameplay feedback; it does not read personal files. Local saves remain on your device until removed through the app's storage controls, uninstallation, or your device's data-management tools. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and any related dispute or legal obligation. Any operational network records are retained only as needed for delivery, security, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. To remove local progress and settings, open Android Settings, select Apps, select Cupid Off the Clock, then Storage and Clear storage/data; labels vary by device. This resets progress and cannot be undone through a ZILLONO cloud save. You can also uninstall the game and manage any device backups separately. There is no game account to close. To request deletion of support correspondence, email contact@zillono.com from the address used to contact us and identify the relevant conversation.如需移除本地进度与设置，请在 Android 设置中依次选择应用、《月老不加班》、存储、清除存储空间／数据；不同设备的名称可能不同。此操作会重置进度，无法通过 ZILLONO 云存档恢复。您也可卸载游戏，并单独管理设备备份。本游戏没有需要注销的账号。如需删除客服通信，请使用原联系邮箱向 contact@zillono.com 发信，并说明对应的通信记录。
