If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the game. We may add, adjust, balance, suspend, or remove content and features to operate, secure, improve, or comply with requirements for the game. Access may depend on your device, software version, region, network, app store, and eligibility.Bitcoin Miner: Arctic Rush 是一款以放置成长、队伍培养、算力升级及虚构冰原挖矿主题为核心的娱乐游戏。为运营、保护、改进游戏或满足相关要求，我们可能增加、调整、平衡、暂停或移除内容及功能。服务可用性可能取决于您的设备、软件版本、地区、网络、应用商店及资格。
Accounts and access账号与访问
Where an account or linked sign-in is offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Accounts and access rights are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared for commercial use without our written permission.如游戏提供账号或关联登录功能，您应提供准确信息、保护登录凭证，并在怀疑存在未经授权访问时及时通知我们。在法律允许范围内，您应对通过账号进行的活动负责。账号及访问权仅供个人使用，未经我们书面许可，不得出售、转让、出租或用于商业共享。

- Do not cheat; exploit bugs; automate gameplay without permission; manipulate time, progress, rewards, transactions, or eligibility; or use unauthorized software, scripts, emulators, or modified clients.不得作弊、利用漏洞、未经许可自动化游戏，操纵时间、进度、奖励、交易或资格，或使用未经授权的软件、脚本、模拟器及修改版客户端。

Mining power, miners, currencies, balances, points, boosts, and similar content are game features and limited licenses to use digital content in the game. Except where a specific feature and its rules expressly state otherwise, they have no cash value, create no property or ownership interest, and may not be transferred, traded, or redeemed outside authorized functionality.算力、矿工、货币、余额、积分、增益及类似内容属于游戏功能及在游戏中使用数字内容的有限许可。除非特定功能及其规则另有明确说明，否则这些内容不具有现金价值，不产生财产或所有权权益，也不得在授权功能之外转让、交易或兑换。

Purchases and refunds购买与退款
If in-app purchases are offered, prices, taxes, billing, and payment methods are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Purchases are licensed, not sold, and are final except where the platform's rules or applicable law require a refund. You must not submit false payment claims or attempt duplicate refunds. The game, software, artwork, characters, names, logos, text, audio, design, and related content are owned by or licensed to ZILLONO and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for non-commercial entertainment on supported devices. No other rights are granted.游戏、软件、美术、角色、名称、标识、文本、音频、设计及相关内容由 ZILLONO 所有或获得合法许可，并受适用法律保护。在遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、个人的、非独占、不可转让且可撤销的许可，仅可在受支持设备上将游戏用于非商业娱乐。除此之外不授予任何其他权利。

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Maintenance, networks, devices, third-party services, security events, or other circumstances may cause delays, errors, loss of progress, or interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We may update this agreement to reflect changes to the game, our practices, platform requirements, or law. We will post the revised version and update the effective date, and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the game after the updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the game.我们可能为反映游戏、运营方式、平台要求或法律变化而更新本协议。修订版本将在本页面发布并更新生效日期；法律要求时，我们还会另行通知。在新条款生效后继续使用游戏即表示您接受更新；如不同意，请停止使用游戏。
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the operator and the service, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you and ZILLONO should try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting the other party. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.本协议适用运营主体及服务所适用的法律，但不影响您所在地区依法享有的强制性消费者保护。在启动正式程序前，您与 ZILLONO 应通过联系对方善意尝试解决争议。未能解决的争议可提交有管辖权的法院处理，强制性法律另有规定的除外。
